Immunization is one of the basic Public Health/Preventive Medicine measure to achieve immunity to a vaccine-preventable diseases. It increases the quality of life, longevity and ultimately, the economy. A Barrier to immunization, is a barrier to good health and good economy.

However, there are barriers to its implementation everywhere specially in developing countries.

This discussion is an opportunity for sharing the barriers toward immunization strategies implementation in developing countries, and the suggested approaches and solutions to tackle it.
